Presented by: Debbie Featherston - Workplace Partners, LLCl
“How do I get top performance from my people?” A recent report by the Boston Consulting Group speculates that “managing and improving the performance of people in the future is likely to demand the same levels of attention and rigor of financial processes.” What organization will be able to lose 40% of its workforce and perhaps 80% of its expertise in a mass retirement? Apply that concern to Brevard County’s workforce and factor in its unique features, and finding solutions to improving human performance becomes an urgent and pressing priority. We must respond to the talent challenges that include disengaged employees as well as average performers. Well then, how do we achieve top performance? We plan for it.
Debbie outlines a three step process for planning for top performance. During this presentation, she will provide an overview of the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) model, and provide practical strategies and tools for analyzing human performance, categorizing its root causes, and possible solutions for improving performance.
